Bartlett Electric Cooperative, Inc. is currently seeking a qualified candidate for Broadband Plant Technician/Apprentice position.The Broadband Plant Technician/Apprentice typically works indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.

The Broadband Plant Technician/Apprentice position requires knowledge of (or the ability to successfully obtain and maintain knowledge of) fiber optic construction, splicing and a thorough working knowledge of all aspects of safe line construction, line maintenance, troubleshooting and public relations. The Broadband Plant Technician/Apprentice possesses the knowledge and experience to handle these tasks in a safe and secure manner for the benefit of co-workers and the general public.

The Broadband Plant Technician/Apprentice must possess a valid Class C Texas Driver’s License with an acceptable driving history, at a minimum. The individual must also be willing and able to obtain a Class A CDL.

Bartlett Electric Cooperative, Inc. (BEC), is currently seeking a qualified candidate for our onsite Member Service Representative position. 

The Member Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to members. This position performs a variety of tasks including updating and modifying member accounts, processing billing and payments, greeting and assisting members, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and have demonstrated customer service skills.
