A Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate holder, has been a Board Member since 1984, serving as Vice-President from 2003 until 2014 and President since 2014. Mr. Urbanovsky is currently the Transportation Director at Milano ISD, and serves as Vice-President of the Cooks Point Brethren Church. He and his wife, Martha have two children, six grandchildren, and live south of Milano.

A Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate holder, has been a Board Member since 2007, serving as Vice-President since 2014. Mr. Jackson retired with 33 years of service at the Department of Defense, and currently serves as an Elder at the 3C Cowboy Church in Salado. He and his wife, Kim have two children, three grandchildren, and live near Salado where they raise cattle and horses.

A Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate holder, has been a Board Member since 1981. Mr. Bradford served in the Air Force, retired from Alcoa/TXU with over 38 years of service, and currently serves on the Brazos Electric Cooperative Board as well as Chairman of the Deacon Board of the Rising Star Baptist Church. He and his wife JoAnn have three children and seven grandchildren. Henry enjoys gardening, woodcraft and motorcycling.

A Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate holder, has been a Board Member since 2004. Mr. Adamson, who retired after owning and operating a retail business in Killeen for over 35 years, now manages Mike Adamson Rentals in Killeen and is an active member of the Maxdale Cowboy Church. He and his wife, Cindy have two children, four grandchildren, and live and ranch in the Maxdale area where they enjoy team roping and hunting.

A Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate holder and has been a Board Member since 2015. Peter retired from the U.S. Army with 22 years of service. He is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, is a member of Criminal Justice Honor Society, (Alpha Phi Sigma) Currently serving as a law enforcement officer in Bell County, Texas. He and his wife are members of Grace Lutheran Church in Killeen where he also serves as a lay minister. He and his wife enjoy caring for their granddaughter, Lexi. Peter enjoys serving The Lord, hunting, camping and instructing firearm skills.

A Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate holder, has been a Board Member since 1989. Mr. Lange, a Navy Submariner having served in the South Pacific, also has raised registered Hampshire swine and is currently a farmer. He and his wife, Janie, live near Bartlett and have four children, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Eldon enjoys hunting and fishing.

A Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate holder, has been a Board Member since 2007. Dr. Ferguson was Valedictorian of her High School class and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Baylor University (B.S. Biology) and Baylor College of Dentistry (D.D.S.) - having earned a gold medal for the highest GPA in her class. She and her husband have two daughters, own a family dental practice in Bartlett, and reside between Walburg, Bartlett, and Granger. Jamiesue serves as both bookkeeper and fan at her daughters’ sporting events

A Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate holder, has been a Board Member since 1993, serving as Secretary/Treasurer since 2003. Ms. Moffatt graduated from Abilene High School and studied at Tarleton State University. She and her husband, Carroll, have been married for 59 years and have three children, seven grandchildren, and thirteen great grandchildren. Klassje enjoys entertaining, gardening, and spending time with her whole family.

Edd Melton, III joined the BEC Board in 2022. Edd is retired after serving as Constable for Bell County for 30 years. Edd and his wife Claudia of 40 years reside in the Killeen area. They have  two children and two grandchildren.  Edd enjoys vehicle restoration, fly tying and fly fishing in his spare time.
