Developer Project Intake Form

Developers planning new residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use projects within the Bartlett Electric Cooperative (BEC) service area must submit project information, plat documentation, water permitting details, wastewater service information, and supporting site plans through this Developer Project Intake Form.

BEC Engineering reviews submissions to verify utility availability, confirm water and wastewater service requirements, evaluate permitting status, and assess project readiness before scheduling a development project kickoff meeting.

Providing complete and accurate information helps streamline the Engineering review process, supports electric service planning, and reduces delays in new development construction.
