Bartlett Electric Cooperative is sponsoring one area student for an all-expense paid trip to our nation’s capitol, Washington D.C.  Applicants must submit a completed application along with an essay of 350-500 words in length, 12-point type and double spaced.

Essay topic:  "What is an Electric Cooperative, and why is it good for America and Your Community?"
