District 3 Director: David J. Lewis-President, was elected to the Board in 1998 and he was elected President in 2001. David received his education in Kentucky and Tennessee. He was in the auto sales business in Killeen before retirement. He and his wife Carol live south of Killeen where they enjoy showing and training cutting horses. They have one daughter and three grandchildren. |

District 4 Director: Eugene Urbanovsky-Vice President, was appointed to the Board in 1984 and has served as vice-president since 2003. He has received his Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate from the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. Eugene also serves as director on the San Miguel Electric Cooperative board. He is employed by the Milano ISD as Maintenance and Transportation Director and is vice-president of the Cook's Point Brethren Church. He and his wife Martha have two children and four grandchildren. The Urbanovsky's live south of Milano. |

District 8 Director: Klaasje Moffat-Secretary-Treasurer, became a member of the board in 1993 and was elected Secretary-Treasurer in 2003. Klaasje has received her Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate from the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. She retired from the Killeen Independent School District. She and her husband Carroll live in Harker Heights. They have three children and six grandchildren. She enjoys gardening, knitting, painting and quilting in her spare time. |

District 2 Director: Mike Adamson joined the board in 2004. He owns an auto and cycle business in Killeen and ranches in the Maxdale area where he and his wife Cindy reside. They are the parents of two children. Mike and his family enjoy team roping and hunting. |

District 1 Director: Henry Bradford became a BEC director in 1981. He currently serves as director on the Brazos Electric Cooperative board as well as the Rockdale Credit Union . Henry has received his Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate from the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. He was employed with Alcoa and TXU for 38 years before his retirement. He and his wife JoAnn have three children and six grandchildren. Henry enjoys gardening, woodcrafting and motorcycling. |

District 6 Director: Dr. Jamiesue Ferguson was appointed to the board in 2007. She and her husband Jason and two daughters live between Bartlett and Granger. She has had a family dental practice in Bartlett for 14 years. Jamiesue is a native of Oklahoma and graduated from Baylor University and Baylor College of Dentistry. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family. |

District 7 Director: Samuel Jackson was appointed to the board in 2007. Samuel is employed by Civil Service as a facility maintenance management specialist at Fort Hood. He has received his Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate from the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. He and his wife Kim are the parents of two daughters. They live near Salado where he raises cattle and horses. |

District 5 Director: Eldon Lange became a member of the BEC board in 1989. He is a farmer and has raised registered Hampshire swine. He has received his Credentialed Cooperative Director Certificate from the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. He and his wife Janie live near Bartlett. They have four children, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He enjoys hunting and fishing. |

District 9 Director: Edd Melton joined the board in 1979. He is a rancher and raises cutting horses in the Youngsport area where he and his wife Dorothy reside. They have four children and six grandchildren. He has served as pastor of the Youngsport Church of Christ for 22 years. |
